69N-121.087. Fingerprint Fee

Effective on Monday, September 19, 1994

1Each set of fingerprints filed with the Office of Insurance Regulation shall be accompanied by a processing fee. The processing fee shall be the total of the following amounts: $25.00 for processing by the Office; and the fee charged to the Office by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for its processing of the fingerprint card; and the fee charged to the Office by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its processing of the fingerprint card.
