69O-138.040. Purpose

Effective on Thursday, January 23, 2003

1The purpose of this part is to prescribe:

9(1) Requirements for statements of actuarial opinion that are to be submitted in accordance with subsection (3) of the Standard Valuation Law, and for supporting memoranda;

35(2) Rules applicable to the appointment of an appointed actuary; and

46(3) Guidance as to the meaning of “adequacy of reserves”.
