69O-141.006. Costs of Administrative Supervision

Effective on Wednesday, June 10, 1992

1In addition to the cost of travel and related expenses which is to be paid to the Office by the insurer subject to administrative supervision, such insurer shall pay to the Office an amount equal to the fee for examination of insurers as specified in subsection 4769O-138.002(3), 48F.A.C., plus fifty percent (50%) for attendant administrative expenses.
