1Except as otherwise provided in these rules, a person making a report, request, or filing required by this rule chapter may incorporate therein by reference any required then current information already on file with the Director, or any diagram or chart previously filed. In such event the person filing shall cause the paper filed to identify the report, statement, document, instrument, diagram, chart or other paper to which reference is made, the approximate date it was filed with the Director, and the page or pages thereof wherein is shown the information incorporated by reference.
