69O-149.033. Consideration of Industry

Effective on Sunday, November 7, 1993

1A small employer carrier shall not consider the occupation of the employees of a small employer or the industry or type of business in which the small employer is engaged in determining whether to issue or continue to provide coverage to the small employer.
