69O-150.019. Filing for Review

Effective on Tuesday, December 5, 2000

1(1) An insurer shall file with the Office all long-term care insurance advertising material intended for use in this state at least thirty (30) days prior to use of the advertisement in this state as required by Section 39627.9407(2), F.S.

41(2) Only advertisements that are required by law to be filed will be routinely received and reviewed by the Office.
