Effective on Sunday, June 12, 1988

The term “enrollment” shall not be used except in connection with the offer of group insurance.

60(2) No solicitation of a particular class, such as governmental employees, which state or imply that their occupational status of group members entitles them to reduced rates on a group or other basis when, in fact, the policy being advertised is sold only on an individual basis at regular rates.
