69O-150.207. Disclosure of Plan Provisions Relating to Renewability, Cancellability, and Termination

Effective on Tuesday, February 23, 1993

1A marketing communication that is an invitation to contract shall disclose, in a manner that shall not minimize or render obscure the qualifying conditions, the provisions relating to renewability, cancellability, and termination and any modification of benefits, losses covered, or premiums because of age or for other reasons.
