69O-154.005. Report of Training Instructions Required

Effective on Tuesday, December 24, 1974

1Every company writing disability insurance in this state shall complete and file with its annual statement a questionnaire concerning its course of training and instruction given its agents. Such questionnaire forms shall be supplied by the Director.
