69O-154.113. Discontinuance or Modification of Policy Form

Effective on Tuesday, September 19, 2000

1If an issuer elects to discontinue an individual health insurance policy form by consolidation with another policy form, the rate for the benefits shall be actuarially justified and approved by the Department for the consolidated group.
