69O-162.009. Licensing of Agents

Effective on Tuesday, December 24, 1974

1Sales of variable annuity contracts shall be made or solicited only by persons authorized under licenses from the Department of Financial Services to sell life insurance only after certification by the Department as having satisfactorily completed an examination given or authorized by the Department relating to variable annuity contracts.
