69O-163.0015. Applicability

Effective on Tuesday, February 11, 2003

1(1) Section 3627.677, 4Florida Statutes, and this rule chapter apply to credit life insurance and credit disability insurance sold in conjunction with a credit transaction.

26(2) A policy or certificate is deemed to be credit life insurance or credit disability insurance if it:
44(a) References the creditor or credit transaction within the form;

54(b) Conditions the coverage upon the existence, term or coverage of a credit transaction.
