69O-166.025. Response to Department Inquiries

Effective on Monday, January 27, 1992

1Every insurer, upon receiving any written or oral inquiry from the Office concerning a claim, shall, within 21 calendar days of receipt of this inquiry, furnish the Office with an appropriate response. The Office may require a written response as it deems necessary.
