69O-184.001. Scope

Effective on Tuesday, December 24, 1974

1Whereas, the Office has issued rules and regulations covering insurance in connection with real estate mortgages and personal property taken in connection therewith, the rules and regulations herein promulgated shall be applicable to insurance in connection with installment sales of, and loans secured by, personal property, except they shall not apply to credit life and disability insurance.
