69O-188.020. Purpose

1The purpose of the rules in this part is to specify the manner in which each commercial self-insurance fund as defined in Sections 624.460-.488, F.S., shall for assessment and financial reporting purposes, report its experience to the Office, and the manner in which the trustees shall levy an assessment upon the members for the amount needed to make up any deficiency.
