69O-188.028. Additional Provisions

Effective on Monday, December 17, 1990

1(1) Nothing in this part shall preclude a fund’s trustees from levying an assessment to its members under the terms of their policies or shall be used as the basis for a member not to pay such an assessment.

40(2) Failure of the trustees to make up deficiencies or assess the members in compliance with Rule 5769O-188.024, 58F.A.C., will result in Office action under Section 66624.476, F.S.
