69O-192.038. Administrative, Provider, and Management Contracts

Effective on Thursday, July 28, 1994

1(1) Arrangements are prohibited from paying any fees, other than for reimbursement of specific expenses, to its sponsoring association unless the services rendered to the arrangement are available to the arrangement from persons, or companies other than the sponsoring association.

41(2) The fees for such services shall not be in excess of what would be charged in an arms length transaction. Reasonable fees may also be determined by comparing those charged to other arrangements in Florida.
