Effective on Thursday, July 16, 1992

1Any fee in excess of $1,500 paid by a prospective resident to secure a priority right to subscribe to a continuing care agreement shall be escrowed in an escrow account governed by an escrow agreement as prescribed by section 41651.033, F.S., 43and shall not be released except as provided by chapter 651, F.S.
