1(1) Application for License as a Premium Finance Company.
10(a) A person applying for a license as a premium finance company shall submit the following:

262(2) Annual License Renewal
266(a)1. All premium finance company licenses shall expire on October 1.
2772. Failure to submit the application for renewal before October 1 shall result in expiration of the license and will require the filing of a new application for licensure.
