69U-100. Financial Institutions Generally |
1(1) Each financial institution subject to the financial institutions codes must attest, under penalty of perjury, whether the entity is acting in compliance with Section 655.0323(1) and (2), F.S. Such institutions shall attest by completing and submitting Form OFR-U-323, Attestation of Compliance, effective 08-2023, herein incorporated by reference and available at 52https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-15705 54and the OFR’s website, www.flofr.gov, to the OFR by July 1 of each year.
68(2) Filings required by this rule shall be submitted to the OFR by mail or email as follows:
