69U-105.113. Coordination with Federal and Other Agencies

Effective on Sunday, August 14, 1994

1Immediately following the approval of any application pursuant to this chapter OFR shall forward a copy of the final order to the appropriate federal regulatory agencies. (See 2812 USC section 1828c, 32and 3312 U.S.C. sections 1811-1832.37)
