1A licensee may, at the same licensed business location, utilize a separate legal entity, which is not licensed under Chapter 516, F.S., to engage in the business of making loans of money, credit, goods or chooses in action in amounts in excess of $25,000.00; however, all the books and records concerning the conduct of such other loan business shall be kept and maintained at such licensed premises and shall be open to inspection and examination by the Office of Financial Regulation as provided by Section 87516.11, F.S.
