69V-40.156. Third-party Fee Accounts (Repealed)

Effective on Monday, November 9, 2015

1All third-party fees and refundable application fees received by a mortgage broker shall be recorded on Form OFR-494-09, Mortgage Brokerage Deposit Account Form, or on a format which is substantially similar to Form OFR-494-09. Failure to maintain a record of account activity in a current manner is a violation of this rule. 53Form OFR-494-09 is incorporated by reference in subsection 6169V-40.002(1), 62F.A.C.
