69V-559. FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY SANDBOX |
1In accordance with the Section 6559.952(5)(g), F.S., 8and as applicable to the business entity's activities:
16(1) Each person licensed under Section 22559.952, F.S., 24that proposes to change the information contained in any initial application form, including any document submitted as a part of Rule 69V-559.102, F.A.C., or any amendment thereto, must file an amendment pursuant to Section 58559.952(5)(g), F.S., 60no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of the change by submitting an Application for Licensure as Financial Technology Sandbox Innovator, Form OFR-559-FTS-001, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 69V-559.1012, F.A.C., through the Office’s REAL System in accordance with Rule 69V-559.1013, F.A.C.
106(2) If the amendment filed in subsection (1) includes the addition of a natural person not currently listed on the application, the natural person must comply with the fingerprinting requirements in accordance with Rule 69V-559.102, F.A.C., within fifteen (15) days after filing the amendment.
