69W-100.006. Projected Financial Statements or Presentations

Effective on Wednesday, December 5, 1979

1Financial statements or presentations will be acceptable for use in offerings by issuers when:

15(1) The Financial Statements or Presentations are provided to investors; and

26(2) Adequate disclosure as to the assumptions upon which such projected statements are based is provided in type at least as large as that used generally in the body of the statement.
