6A-14.041. Personnel Contracts

Effective on Tuesday, July 20, 2004

1(1) Contract forms for college personnel shall be prescribed by the board of trustees.

15(2) Periods of service. Full-time administrative personnel may be given multi-year contracts not to exceed three (3) years, but other contracts, except for the president, shall not exceed twelve (12) months.

46(3) A contract shall not create the expectancy of employment beyond the term of the contract. Non-renewal of a contract shall not entitle the person to the reasons for non-renewal or to a hearing.
