6A-14.0764. Capital Outlay and Debt Service

Effective on Thursday, June 27, 1985

1Pursuant to Section 9(d), Article XII, of the State Constitution, capital outlay and debt service funds shall be computed in accordance with Sections 241011.84 25and 261010.58, F.S. 28The number of full-time equivalent students for capital outlay and debt service funding is the college credits and college preparatory credits for which students register divided by thirty (30) plus the hours of instruction for which students register in other instruction divided by eight hundred ten (810).
