6A-23.009. Reinstatement of Program Registration

Effective on Tuesday, June 25, 2019

1Any apprenticeship program deregistered pursuant to Chapter 6A-23, F.A.C., may be reinstated upon presentation of evidence that the apprenticeship program will operate in accordance with Chapter 6A-23, F.A.C. Such evidence shall be presented to the Department through the Director of Apprenticeship at: 325 West Gaines Street, Room 754, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399.
