6A-4.0261. Specialization Requirements for Certification in Middle Grades Mathematics (Grades 5-9) - Academic Class  


Effective on Monday, July 17, 2000
  • 1(1) Plan One. A bachelor’s or higher degree with an undergraduate or graduate major in mathematics or middle grades mathematics, or

    22(2) Plan Two. A bachelor’s or higher degree with eighteen (18) semester hours in mathematics to include credit in the areas specified below:

    45(a) Calculus, precalculus, or trigonometry,

    50(b) Geometry, and

    53(c) Probabiliy or statistics.
