6C9-5.1011. Disposition of Fees and Fines Collected

Effective on Sunday, December 7, 2003

1Moneys collected from parking assessments and infraction fines shall be used to defray the administrative and operating costs of the traffic and parking program at the University and to provide for additional parking facilities, walkways and roadways on campus in accordance with Section 441006.66(7), F.S.
