73C-60.002. Real Estate Transactions Prior to July 1, 2023

Effective on Thursday, January 4, 2024

1A foreign principal that executed a contract for the purchase of real property in the State of Florida prior to July 1, 2023, may own or acquire the real property that is the subject of the contract on or after July 1, 2023. Such real property must be registered with the Department in accordance with rule 73C-60.003, F.A.C.
