1In computing the 30 days prescribed in section 9692.203(3)(b), 10F.S., and these rules, the day of the act from which the period of time begins to run will not be included. The last day of the period must be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday as prescribed by section 54110.117, F.S., 56in which event the period shall run until the end of the next business day.
