  • 1(1) Ordinance 040-1987. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County land development regulations, referenced in Ordinance number 040-1987, are in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code: 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 25, 27, 32, 35, 36, 37a, 37b, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 54, 56, 57, 58, 61, 63, 68, 70, 73, 74, 77, 78, 80, 84, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 103, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 112, 115, 116, 119, 121a, 121c, 121e, 123, 124, 126, 127, 140, 146, 147, 148, 156, 157, 158, 167, 169, 171, 173, 174, 176, 185, 189, 190, 191.     134(2) Ordinances 042-1987, 054-1987, and 014-1988. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that all portions of the following Monroe County Ordinances are in conformance with portions of Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code:

    167(a) Ordinance 042-1987, empowering Monroe County to levy impact fees in the cities of Layton and Key Colony Beach.

    186(b) Ordinance 054-1987, establishing new standards regulating signage.

    194(c) Ordinance 014-1988, amending the Flood Plain Management regulations.

    203(3) Ordinance 019-1989.     381(4) Ordinance 021-1989. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the following amendments to the Monroe County Land Development Regulations, referenced in Ordinance number 021-1989, are in conformance with Chapter 28-29, Florida Administrative Code: 16N, 17N, 29N, 34N, 44N, 59N, 62N, 64N, 83N, 100N, 102N, 111N, 130N(c), 193N(a).

    430(5) Ordinance 016-1992. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that land development regulations contained in Sections 9.5-120 through 9.5-124, Monroe County Code, as created by Ordinance 016-1992 of Monroe County, are in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern Section 480380.0552(7), 481Florida Statutes.

    483(6) Ordinances 030 through 033-1992. Approval of Monroe County Ordinance 30-1992 establishing criteria for managing stormwater runoff, Ordinance 031-1992, creating Sec. 6-40, Monroe County Code, providing for new application fees for expired building permits, Ordinance 032-1992 rescinding two Monroe County Ordinances and revising requirements for building permits and sections of 9.5-115, Monroe County Code, dealing with the expiration of building permit and Ordinance 033-1992 amending the Land Development Regulations of the County of Monroe establishing procedures for the imposition, calculation, collection, expenditure and administration of impact fees on new development.

    573(7) Ordinance 019-1993. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that the amendment to the land development regulations adopted by Monroe County Ordinance 019-1993 is in compliance with the Principles for Guiding Development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 616380.0552(7), 617Florida Statutes, and hereby approves same.

    623(8) Ordinances 001 through 005-1994. The Department of Community Affairs approves regulations in Monroe County Ordinances 001-1994, 002-1994, 003-1994, and 005-1994. Ordinance 001-1994, The Sign Ordinance, amends the language of Monroe County Code Chapter 9.5, Sections 401-415. Ordinance 002-1994, The Floodplain Management Ordinance, amends the language of Monroe County Code Sections 9.5-315, 9.5-316, and 9.5-317. Ordinance 003-1994 amends the language of Monroe County Code Section 9.5-345(m), “Mangroves and Submerged Lands”. Ordinance 005-1994 amends the language of Monroe County Code Chapter 9.5 by creating Code Sections 9.5-101 and 9.5-102, authorizing Development Agreements and providing for implementation procedures. These ordinances are consistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 739380.0552(7), 740Florida Statutes.

    742(9) Ordinance 036-1993. The Department of Community Affairs approves the land development regulations in Monroe County Ordinance 036-1993 and rejects the land development regulations in Monroe County Ordinance 004-1994. Ordinance 036-1993 amends Ordinance 031-1992 and Section 6-40 of the Monroe County Code. Ordinance 004-1994 amends Ordinance 036-1993 and Section 6-40 of the Monroe County Code. Ordinance 036-1993 is consistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 817380.0552(7), 818Florida Statutes. Ordinance 004-1994 is inconsistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 840380.0552(7), 841Florida Statutes.

    843(10) Ordinances 023-1994, 024-1994, 025-1994 and 026-1994. The Department of Community Affairs approves the land development regulations in Monroe County Ordinances 023-1994, 024-1994, 025-1994 and 026-1994. Ordinances 023-1994, 024-1994, 025-1994 and 026-1994 adopt Land Use District Map Amendments and are consistent with the principles for guiding development for the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern, Section 900380.0552(7), 901Florida Statutes.
