9B-13. Thermal Efficiency Standards |
1(1) Before construction or renovation is completed, the local enforcement agency shall inspect buildings for compliance with the standards herein adopted.
22(2) No building affected by these rules and shall be required to meet standards more stringent than those adopted herein.
42(3) In renovated buildings the standards adopted herein shall apply to those portions of the structure which are actually renovated.
62(4) No building covered by these rules shall be constructed, installed or renovated in Florida until the owner, or his agent, has certified compliance with the standards adopted herein to the local enforcement agency and received a permit to begin construction, installation or renovation.
106(5) Local enforcement agencies shall file forms contained within the adopted Code to the Department of Community Affairs on a quarterly basis in accordance with the schedule identified therein.
