9B-24.015. Weatherization Contracts and Amendments (Transferred)

Effective on Wednesday, November 20, 1985

1(1) Prior to release of funds, subgrantees will execute a contract with the Department.

15(2) In the event a subgrantee does not execute and return the contract within 45 days, the funds revert to the money set aside as performance funding. All amendments or modifications to the contract must be executed and returned by the subgrantee within 45 days of receipt. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the commitment by DCA to be withdrawn.
