1The 2006 Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Systems Standards, amended July 22, 2009, promulgated by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) are adopted for residential buildings and incorporated by reference as the rule of this Department except as otherwise specified in this rule chapter.
