9B-67.004. Florida Standard for Radon-Resistant New Commercial Building Construction, Adopted (Transferred)

Effective on Tuesday, February 27, 1996

1(1) The Florida Standard for Radon-Resistant New Commercial Building Construction is herein incorporated by reference. The Department shall maintain the Florida Standard for Radon-Resistant New Commercial Building Construction.

29(2) A copy of the above referenced Standard has been filed with these regulations with the Secretary of State. The Standard is also available for reference and inspection at the Department offices in Tallahassee, Division of Housing and Community Development.
