9B-69.010. Monitoring and Reporting Requirements (Transferred)

1(1) Monitoring. The Department shall monitor the applicant during normal business hours to ensure that planning activities and implementation projects are progressing as outlined in the applicant’s scope of work and schedule of deliverables in the contractual agreement. The applicant will receive a 14-day advance written notification of the scheduled on site monitoring visit.
55(2) Reporting. For planning and implementation grants, the applicant must submit to the Department a quarterly report for quarters ending March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, which reflects progress and accomplishments during the reported quarter. Reports must be received by the Department no later than 15 days after the end of each quarter.
