1The Department of Community Affairs rejects a portion of the City of 13Key West15’s land development regulation adopted by Ordinance No. 95-31. Ordinance 95-31 adopts three future land use map amendments. The Department of Community Affairs has determined that Amendment No. Map 2 is inconsistent with the Principles for Guiding Development for the City of Key West Area of Critical State Concern, Chapter 28-26, F.A.C.
