9J-28. Rules Of Procedure And Practice Pertaining To Florida Quality Developments |
1It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Department of Community Affairs, as the state land planning agency for purposes of Section 24380.061, 25Florida Statutes, to:
28(1) Receive original notices of appeal and petitions and maintain a central file of pleadings in each appeal.
46(2) Provide technical assistance during appeal hearings.
53(3) Prepare agenda and schedule meetings for the Review Board.
63(4) Prepare the written decision of the Review Board.
72(5) Perform any other act as may be necessary to aid the Review Board in performing its duties pursuant to Section 93380.061, 94Florida Statutes.
