9K-4.006. Communications to the Governing Body (Transferred)  


Effective on Monday, February 9, 1998
  • 1After an application has been formally submitted for funding under the conditions described herein, all communications to the governing body of the Trust regarding any application under consideration shall either be in writing and mailed or delivered to all members of the governing body, mailed or delivered to the Executive Director for distribution to all members of the governing body or be presented in writing or orally to the governing body in a public meeting of the Trust.
