9K-4.012. Title, Acquisition Procedures, Lease Agreements and Transfer of Title (Transferred)

Effective on Monday, February 9, 1998

1Rule Chapter 9K-6, Florida Administrative Code, shall govern in all matters of title, acquisition procedures, lease agreements and transfer of title for lands acquired with Preservation 2000 funds received under the Preservation 2000 Program.
