9N-2.004. Notice of Rights (Transferred)

1All decisions interpreting the Florida Building Code appealable to the Florida Building Commission shall include a notification of the right to appeal the decision to the Commission as required by Chapters 120, F.S. and Chapter 28-106, F.A.C.
