9N-3.001. Scope (Transferred)

Effective on Friday, June 11, 2010

1(1) Products in the following categories as defined by subcategories of subsection 139N-3.002(31), 14F.A.C., shall be available for approval by the Commission pursuant to Rule 9N-3 .090, F.A.C., for use in the state:
34(a) Panel Walls;

37(b) Exterior Doors;

40(c) Roofing Products;

43(d) Skylights;

45(e) Windows;

47(f) Shutters; and

50(g) Structural Components.

53(2) This rule applies to approval of products and systems, which comprise the building envelope and structural frame, for compliance with the structural requirements of the Florida Building Code.
