PURPOSE, EFFECT AND SUMMARY: To repeal Part III of Rule Chapter 69O-215, Code of Ethics – Life Underwriters.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
