PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59C-1.0355, F.A.C. to cross reference materials incorporated by reference into the newly created Rule 59C-1.0086, F.A.C. data source rule.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Agency is updating the materials incorporated by reference contained in (4)(a) by cross referencing it to the materials incorporated by reference in Rule 59C-1.0086, F.A.C.
