    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to implement the provisions of Section 500.70, Florida Statutes.  The effect will be rules that reflect current Florida law by providing for the registration of tomato farms and clarifying the requirements for exemption from the rule. The proposed rules will adopt inspection guidelines and forms that will be used to perform regulatory inspections.
