The Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees announces the following meeting for Tuesday, January 14, 2014, which is open to the public.
DATE AND TIME: January 14, 2014, 12:00 Noon – 2:00 p.m.
PLACE: Administrative Offices, Board Room 405, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Regular monthly board meeting.
Copies of the agenda for the regular monthly Board meeting will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, January 7, 2014, and copies will be provided upon written request and the payment of approved duplicating charges. Any person requesting to address agenda items at the Board of Trustees meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so by appearing before the Board at the meeting.
All objections to this notice should be filed in writing with the Acting Interim College President, Florida State College at Jacksonville, on or before January 14, 2014. All legal issues should be brought to the College’s attention and an attempt made to resolve them prior to the public meeting. Any person requesting to appeal a decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceeding for such an appeal and may, therefore, need to ensure that a verbatim record is made.
