NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 27, 2016, the Department of Health received a petition for variance from Debbie Jackson seeking a variance from the examination requirements of Rule 64B21-500.011, F.A.C. Petitioner requests that the Department waive the current licensing examination score requirement and accept the licensing examination score she earned in June, 2014.
