The Board of Professional Engineers hereby gives notice: that the Petition filed by Alfonso Blanco, Ph.D., P.E. DWRE, seeking a variance of subsection 61G15-20.0015(2), F.A.C., which implements the requirements of paragraph 471.015(5)(b), F.S., has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition was published in Vol. 44 No. 187 of the September 25, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner orally withdrew the petition on the record at a duly-noticed public meeting held on December 6, 2018 in Tallahassee, Florida.
